A day excursion introducing you to the legends, castles and remains of ancient towns of the Istrian Peninsula. The highlights include a visit to Kringa, where the first vampire case in Europe was noted and later retold by Hermann Hesse and the Pazin castle, the setting for Jules Verne's novel "Mathias Sandorf". The trip comes complete with sampling of local produce, wine and/or tea.
